Shipments and returns Shipping your package Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving your payment via POSTNL/DHL/UPS with tracking and delivery with signature upon receipt. Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, so shipping charges will apply to each order. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care will be taken for fragile items. Our boxes are large enough to ship your items well protected.
